Delightful Displays was created from a journey of resilience, love, and purpose.

After experiencing homelessness and being forced to leave work due to the lack of a suitable school place for my autistic child, I found myself searching for a new way forward. During that uncertain time, I discovered a passion for creating beautiful fruit platters and grazing displays — turning simple food into something that brings people together and makes moments feel special.

With very little but a strong determination to build a better future for my family, I taught myself the art of styling and catering, even designing and creating my own wedding. What began as a way to survive quickly became something much greater — a business built on creativity, care, and heart.

Today, Delightful Displays is a reflection of that journey. Every platter and table is thoughtfully curated with the same love, attention, and gratitude that started it all. As a mother, my child remains the inspiration behind everything I do, and this business is not only my passion but a foundation for our future.
