How do I book your services?

You can book our services by contacting us through our website contact form, email, or phone. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

What is included in the marquee hire?

Our marquee hire includes the marquee structure itself. Tables, chairs, and flooring are available as optional extras at additional cost. Delivery, setup, and collection are also included in our service at an additonal cost.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. During peak seasons or for large events, early booking is advised

What is your cancellation policy?

 

  • More than 14 days before the event: full refund minus the  deposit.
  • Between 7 and 14 days: 50% refund.
  • Less than 48 hours: no refund.

What happens if my items are damaged or lost?

You are responsible for any damages or losses of hired items during the hire period. If items are returned damaged, you agree to cover the full cost of repair or replacement.

How do I pay?

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card,paypal and cash in certain circumstances. The deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the event.
